MDO was founded in 1998 by experienced partners who previously have made their mark in the maritime survival equipment industry. Now, fifteen years later, the company has grown to a team of 9 people . The office is centrally located providing fast links to the shipyards on the one hand and our mainly German customers on the other.
The designs of MDO are made primarily for the German company Global Davit. Global Davit has a worldwide customer network in the form of shipping companies and shipyards. We are responsible for the technical solution of all possible challenges. Whether it is a standard or special, each task is associated with great care.
Due to the close co-operation of MDO to all known approval agencies (BV, DNVGL, LRoS, RMRS etc.) designs are made with a minimum period of “time to certification”, whether it’s type-approval or single piece specials.
NCS-Hydraulik is another client of MDO with a completely different product range. For this German company, tailor-made solutions are designed. NCS Hydraulik specializes in hydraulic drives varying from hydraulic cylinders to fully equipped containers for mobile on-shore drilling rigs.
